Can I personalise my Rockingsaur?
Yes. Personalisation is included in the price.
You can add a child’s name to your Rockingsaur at no extra cost, making it a truly unique keepsake.
Can I return my order?
Because every Rockingsaur is handcrafted and many are made to your personalised requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my Rockingsaur arrives damaged?
We take great care when packaging every order, but if your Rockingsaur arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Email hello@rockingsaurs.com with your order number and photographs of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Are Rockingsaurs suitable for all ages?
Rockingsaurs are suitable for children aged 18 months and over.
All designs are created with young children in mind and should always be used under appropriate adult supervision.
Are Rockingsaurs safe?
Yes.
All Rockingsaurs are painted using child-friendly, toy safety tested paints and finished to meet appropriate safety standards for children’s products.
Are Rockingsaurs handmade?
Yes.
Every Rockingsaur is designed, crafted, assembled and finished by hand in our workshop. Small variations in wood grain and finish are part of what makes each piece unique.
What are Rockingsaurs made from?
Each Rockingsaur is made from carefully selected materials chosen for their durability, strength and beautiful finish.
Our goal is to create a toy that’s built to withstand years of adventures while looking beautiful in your home.
Is assembly required?
No. Your Rockingsaur arrives fully assembled and ready for adventures.
How do I care for my Rockingsaur?
Simply wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid harsh cleaning products, abrasive materials and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat.
Can I send a Rockingsaur as a gift?
Absolutely.
Rockingsaurs make wonderful birthday, Christmas and new baby gifts. If you’re sending directly to the recipient, simply enter their delivery address during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently focused on delivering within the UK.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes.
Every Rockingsaur comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty. If you experience any issues related to craftsmanship within this period, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
This does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
